Leong Soon kong

Leong Soon Kong serves as a Director of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd.

Leong Soon Kong was appointed as the Finance Director – Aviation Services for Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad in January 2023, and currently oversees the financial performance of Aviation Services entities providing cargo operations, ground handling services, training and engineering services. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer at AeroDarat Services Sdn Bhd (wholly owned by the Malaysia Aviation Group) from September 2015 until December 2022. 

​Leong has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Before joining the Malaysia Aviation Group, he was the Senior Vice President in Khazanah Nasional Berhad.

He obtained his Bachelor of Commence (Accounting and Finance) from Australia in 1999, and has been a Charter Accountant of CPA Australia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2004.
