Aslinda Rifin (“Aslinda”) serves as the Head of Halal, Quality Assurance & Safety of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd.
Aslinda is responsible for overseeing the company’s halal certification compliance, food safety standards and quality assurance systems, ensuring that all operations meet both regulatory requirements and industry best practices. She leads initiatives to maintain and improve operational hygiene, product quality, and compliance with halal guidelines across MAS Awana’s aviation and non-aviation catering operations.
She brings extensive experience in food safety management, quality control and halal certification processes, having worked with large-scale catering operations to implement rigorous standards that safeguard both product integrity and consumer trust.
As part of the management team of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, Aslinda contributes to the organisation’s commitment to operational excellence, compliance and food safety, ensuring that the company maintains its reputation as a trusted provider of airline and institutional catering services.
