Tang Tzyy Wen

Tang Tzyy Wen (“Tang”) serves as the Head of R&D & Business Support of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd.

Tang is responsible for leading the company’s research and development initiatives as well as providing business support functions that drive operational efficiency and innovation. In this role, Tang oversees product development, process improvements, and the implementation of systems that support both aviation and non-aviation catering operations.

Hhe brings extensive experience in food innovation, process optimisation and strategic project management, ensuring that MAS Awana remains competitive and delivers high-quality services to its clients.

As part of the management team of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, Tang contributes to the company’s long-term growth by developing new products, streamlining operations and supporting business strategy, reinforcing MAS Awana’s position as a leading airline catering and food services provider.
