Zetti Raudhah Crehan (“Zetti Raudhah”) serves as the Head of Café & Healthcare Services at MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd.

Zetti Raudhah is responsible for overseeing the operations, business development, and strategic management of MAS Awana’s café and healthcare catering services across Malaysia. Her role includes ensuring that all outlets and healthcare-related food services operate efficiently, meet high standards of food quality, safety, and halal compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

She brings extensive experience in food service management, healthcare catering, and customer-focused operational leadership, having successfully led multiple projects that expand MAS Awana’s presence in cafés, hospitals, and institutional food services. Under her leadership, MAS Awana has enhanced its service delivery, menu innovation, and operational efficiency within the café and healthcare sectors.

Prior to her current role, Zetti Raudhah held senior management positions in the hospitality and food services industry, where she was involved in business development, operational excellence programs, and strategic expansion initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and has completed professional programs in food safety, quality assurance, and leadership development.

As part of the management team of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, Zetti Raudhah contributes to the company’s growth strategy, service innovation, and operational excellence, ensuring that the café and healthcare services consistently meet corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
