Muhammad Nor Aisomuddin (“Muhammad Nor”) serves as the Head of Central Region at MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd.
Muhammad Nor is responsible for overseeing all operations, business development, and client management within the Central Region of Malaysia, which includes Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and surrounding areas. His role ensures that MAS Awana’s aviation and non-aviation catering services are delivered efficiently while maintaining the company’s high standards for food safety, halal compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
He brings extensive experience in regional operations management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, having successfully led initiatives to improve operational efficiency, expand client networks, and strengthen service delivery in the Central Region. Under his leadership, MAS Awana has enhanced its catering operations for airlines, institutional clients, and corporate customers, ensuring consistency in service quality across multiple sites.
Prior to his current role, Muhammad Nor held positions in operations and regional management within MAS Awana, where he contributed to process improvements, workforce development, and client engagement programs, supporting the company’s broader strategic objectives.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has participated in professional development programs in operations management, quality assurance, and leadership.
As part of the management team of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, Muhammad Nor contributes to the company’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and regional expansion, ensuring that the Central Region meets corporate targets, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
