Aiman Chia

Aiman Chia (“Aiman”) serves as the Acting Head of Sabah Region at MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd.

Aiman is responsible for overseeing all operations, business development, and client management across the Sabah region, including key locations such as Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, and Tawau. In this role, he ensures that MAS Awana’s aviation and non-aviation catering services operate efficiently while meeting the company’s high standards for food safety, halal compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence.

He brings experience in regional operations management, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery optimisation, having led multiple initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance client satisfaction, and support the growth of MAS Awana’s presence in Sabah. Under his leadership, MAS Awana has expanded its service coverage, strengthened client relationships, and maintained consistent operational standards across the region.

Prior to his current role, Aiman held senior operational and regional management roles within MAS Awana, where he contributed to process improvement programs, workforce development, and strategic regional projects aligned with corporate objectives.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has completed professional development programs in operations management, leadership, and quality assurance.

As part of the management team of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, Aiman contributes to the company’s regional growth strategy, operational excellence, and client-focused initiatives, ensuring that the Sabah region consistently meets corporate targets and maintains high service standards.
