Farah Amani

Farah Amani (“Farah”) serves as the Head of Strategic Procurement of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd.

Farah is responsible for leading MAS Awana’s procurement strategy and supply chain management, ensuring that the company’s aviation and non-aviation catering operations are supported with cost-effective, high-quality, and reliable sourcing of materials and ingredients. Her role includes developing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and implementing procurement policies that align with the company’s operational and strategic objectives.

She brings extensive experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement optimisation, having successfully implemented initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency, reduce operational costs, and maintain compliance with halal, safety, and quality standards.

Prior to her current role, Farah held senior positions in procurement and supply chain management within the food services and hospitality industry, where she was responsible for vendor selection, contract negotiation, and operational support across multiple sites.
Farah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and has completed professional development programs in strategic procurement, logistics, and leadership.

As part of the management team of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, Farah contributes to the company’s operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and sustainable sourcing strategy, ensuring that the procurement function supports the company’s growth and maintains high standards of service delivery.
