Amran Mohd Tomin

Amran Mohd Tomin serves as a Director of MasAwana Services Sdn Bhd.

Amran was appointed as the Group Chief People Officer of Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), effective 1 August 2025. In this role, he is responsible for driving the Group’s overall human capital strategy, fostering organisational development, and shaping a high-performance culture across the organisation.

With a career spanning multiple industries, Amran brings extensive experience in human capital leadership, transformation, workforce planning, and talent development. Prior to joining MAG, he served as the Vice President of Human Capital at Proton Holdings Berhad (PROTON), where he led key initiatives in strategic transformation and talent development.

During his tenure with PROTON, Amran also served as a Board Member of PROTON New Energy Technology (PRO-NET) and Proton Global Services Sdn Bhd. He has also held senior human resources leadership roles at Alam Flora Sdn Bhd, Pos Malaysia Berhad, and Pharmaniaga Berhad, contributing to human capital advancement across sectors such as automotive, logistics, and manufacturing.

Amran holds an Executive Master of Management from Asia Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Business from Universiti Utara Malaysia.

As a Director of MasAwana Services Sdn Bhd, he contributes to the company’s strategic governance, organisational development, and long-term growth initiatives, aligning the board’s direction with the organisation’s broader aviation and services ecosystem.
