Anissa Anwar

Anissa Anwar currently serves as the Head of Human Capital at MasAwana Services Sdn. Bhd. Prior to this appointment, she held the position of Manager at the Project Management Office (PMO) and KUL Station Head, overseeing operations at MCAT, CPU1, and CPU2. Anissa joined the company in August 2021 as a Project Management Executive, where she successfully managed several key projects, developed Project Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and identified operational improvement opportunities. Her strong commitment and adaptability enabled her to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In September 2023, Anissa was promoted to Operations Manager for Inflight Catering Operations, where she focused on enhancing service excellence and operational efficiency. She introduced data-driven decision-making practices to improve operational performance and reduce errors. Anissa also led initiatives to map process flows and address operational gaps, resulting in notable improvements in overall efficiency. Her role included managing operational and strategic risks, ensuring high service standards, and strengthening customer loyalty through a customer-centric approach.

Before joining MasAwana Services, Anissa worked as a Sales Designer Executive at Formtri Idea Sdn. Bhd., where she focused on optimizing space utilization and promoting sustainable design solutions.
Anissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She has also obtained several certifications in risk management and business continuity, further strengthening her professional expertise.

With her diverse background in project management, operations, and strategic planning, Anissa now leads the Human Capital function, focusing on developing talent, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting the company’s long-term growth and transformation.
