Anissa Anwar (“Anissa”) serves as the Head of Human Capital of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd.

Anissa is responsible for overseeing the company’s human capital strategy, talent development and organisational culture, supporting MAS Awana’s workforce across its aviation and food services operations. In her role, she manages key functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and leadership development, ensuring that the organisation continues to build a capable and high-performing workforce.

She brings with her experience in human resource management and organisational development, with a focus on aligning people strategies with the company’s long-term business objectives. Her role also involves strengthening internal capabilities, developing talent pipelines and supporting the company’s transformation initiatives.

As part of the management team of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, Anissa contributes to the company’s strategic direction by ensuring that its human capital policies and practices support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
