Danya Norishan

Danya is responsible for overseeing the company’s IT strategy, systems, and digital infrastructure, ensuring that MAS Awana’s aviation and non-aviation catering operations are supported by robust, secure, and efficient technology solutions. His role includes managing IT operations, implementing digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring system compliance with security and data governance standards.

He brings extensive experience in information technology management, digital transformation, and systems integration, having successfully led projects that enhance operational efficiency, data analytics capabilities, and technology-driven business support. Under his leadership, MAS Awana has implemented modern IT solutions to streamline operations, improve reporting, and strengthen internal and external communication systems.

Prior to his current role, Danya held senior positions in IT and digital strategy within large-scale service and hospitality organisations, where he was responsible for technology planning, infrastructure management, and system optimisation across multiple sites.

Danya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and has completed professional programs in cybersecurity, IT project management, and digital transformation leadership.

As part of the management team of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, Danya contributes to the company’s technology-driven operational excellence, innovation, and digital strategy, ensuring that IT systems effectively support MAS Awana’s growth and service delivery standards.
