Farah Marzuki has been a dedicated member of MasAwana Services Sdn. Bhd. for over five years. She joined the company in 2019 as a Junior Business Development Executive and has steadily progressed in her career through hard work and commitment. Prior to her current role, Farah served as Station Head in Kota Kinabalu, where she worked closely with her team to stabilize and revitalize business operations that were severely impacted during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Farah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Royal Holloway, which equipped her with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Her academic training nurtured a methodical mindset and keen attention to detail, qualities that continue to support her professional growth and decision-making.
Upon returning to Malaysia, Farah initially faced challenges securing a role within her field of study. This experience led her to explore opportunities in the F&B industry, where she developed a passion for food photography. Through this interest, she cultivated a deep appreciation for food quality, presentation, and customer experience perspectives that she now brings into her professional role.
Currently serving as Head of Strategic Procurement, Farah focuses on strengthening supplier relationships, improving product quality, and identifying strategic sourcing opportunities to support the company’s operations. She also contributes to expanding MasAwana Services’ business beyond in-flight catering into sectors such as hospitals, F&B outlets, and industrial clients.
Farah’s unique blend of scientific background, operational experience, and creative perspective has enabled her to contribute meaningfully to the company’s continued growth and innovation.
