Fazura Azhar

Fazura Azhar serves as the Head of Project Management Office of MasAwana.

Fazura is responsible for leading the company’s project governance framework, strategic project execution, and cross-functional initiatives, supporting MasAwana’s operational excellence and long-term business transformation. In her role, she oversees the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of key corporate and operational projects, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Prior to her current role, Fazura served as the Head of Corporate Strategy, where she led the company’s strategic planning initiatives and supported MasAwana’s growth and diversification efforts. Her experience in corporate strategy complements her current responsibilities in the Project Management Office, particularly in ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives.

She also previously held the position of Head of Business Development, where she was involved in identifying new business opportunities and expanding MasAwana’s services beyond the aviation sector, contributing to the company’s business growth and diversification efforts.

Before joining MasAwana, Fazura began her career at AmBank Group in the Liquidity Risk Management Department, where she gained experience in financial risk analysis and regulatory compliance.

Fazura holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in MORSE (Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics) from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. As a member of the management team of MasAwana Services Sdn Bhd., she continues to contribute towards the company’s strategic execution capabilities and organisational development initiatives.
