Fazura Azhar

Fazura Azhar (“Fazura”) serves as the Head of Corporate Strategy of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd.

Fazura is responsible for leading the company’s corporate strategy and strategic planning initiatives, supporting MAS Awana’s long-term growth and business transformation. In her role, she oversees the development and implementation of strategic projects, business planning and cross-functional initiatives that align with the organisation’s overall objectives.

Prior to her current role, Fazura was instrumental in establishing and leading the company’s Project Management Office (PMO), where she oversaw key strategic and operational projects across the organisation. She also previously held the position of Head of Business Development, where she was involved in identifying new business opportunities and expanding MAS Awana’s services beyond the aviation sector.

Before joining MAS Awana, Fazura began her career at AmBank Group, where she worked in the Liquidity Risk Management Department, gaining experience in financial risk analysis and regulatory frameworks.

Fazura holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in MORSE (Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics) from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. As a member of the management team of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, she contributes to the company’s strategic direction and long-term business development initiatives.
