Mohd Khairil Anuar Mohd Sahar

Mohd Khairil Anuar Mohd Sahar (“Mohd Khairil”) serves as the Head of Central Production of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd.

Mohd Khairil is responsible for overseeing all central production operations, including the preparation, quality control, and timely delivery of MAS Awana’s aviation and non-aviation catering products. His role ensures that production facilities operate efficiently, maintain food safety, halal compliance, and quality assurance standards, and meet operational targets across multiple sites.

He brings extensive experience in food production management, process optimisation, and operational efficiency, having successfully led initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance production capacity, and implement standardised operational procedures. Under his leadership, the central production units have improved productivity, reduced wastage, and maintained consistent product quality for airline and institutional clients.

Prior to his current role, Mohd Khairil held senior operational management positions within MAS Awana and related food services organisations, where he was involved in production planning, workforce management, and quality assurance initiatives.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science and has completed professional development programs in production management, food safety, and process optimisation.

As part of the management team of MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, Mohd Khairil contributes to the company’s operational excellence, product consistency, and strategic growth in central production capabilities, ensuring MAS Awana meets client expectations and industry benchmarks.
