Muhammad Nor Aisomuddin

Muhammad Nor Aisomuddin Bachik joined MasAwana Services Sdn. Bhd. in June 2024 as the Operations Manager for CPU2 (Centralized Production Unit 2). Prior to joining MasAwana, Aisomuddin accumulated over nine years of experience in the aviation industry, working with several reputable local and international organizations since graduating in 2015.

Aisomuddin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He began his career as a Management Trainee under the Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) programme, where he gained valuable exposure to the aviation ecosystem. Over the years, he expanded his experience through various operational roles across the industry, including Executive at AeroDarat Services Sdn. Bhd., Station Head at Malaysia Airlines Berhad, Senior Executive of Airport Services at Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn. Bhd., and RAMP Manager at Menzies Aviation.

His professional journey has allowed him to build extensive expertise across multiple areas of the aviation sector, including ground handling, cargo services, airline operations, and airport management Aisomuddin is also a Certified Lean & Agile Master Trainer, bringing strong leadership and operational improvement capabilities to the organization. Currently serving as Head of Central Region, he leads operations with a focus on efficiency, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment with MasAwana Services’ short- and long-term business goals.

His industry experience, leadership approach, and commitment to operational excellence continue to support the company’s growth and service quality.
