Anissa Anwar currently serves as the Head of Human Capital at MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, where she leads initiatives to strengthen talent management, organizational capability, and employee engagement. Her leadership focuses on cultivating a high-performance culture and aligning human capital strategies with the company’s long-term business objectives.
Since joining MAS Awana in August 2021 as a Project Management Executive, Anissa has demonstrated exceptional versatility and commitment. She later advanced to become the Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) and Kuala Lumpur Station Head, overseeing operations for Malaysia Aviation Group Catering (MCAT), Central Production Unit 1 (CPU1), and Central Production Unit 2 (CPU2). In these roles, she successfully implemented project governance frameworks, optimized operational workflows, and enhanced cross-departmental coordination.
Anissa’s career reflects a strong foundation in project management and organizational development, underpinned by data-driven decision-making and a people-focused approach. Her ability to bridge strategic planning with execution has significantly contributed to MAS Awana’s operational growth and service excellence.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and has attained professional certifications in risk management and business continuity, further strengthening her capability to lead transformation and resilience within the organization.
