Since joining MAS in 1996, she has demonstrated exceptional acumen and judgement, advancing through various strategic financial roles such as Budgeting and planning controller, Management and statutory reporting Manager at group Level and Head Finance and Support Services, Finance Business Partner and Chief Financial Officers at subsidiary level in MASwings Sdn Bhd and Hijrah Biru Sdn Bhd (known as Amal by Malaysia Airlines).
Normah holds a BA in Accounting & Financial Management from Sheffield University and pursue her postgraduate study in International Business at Robert Gordon University, United Kingdom.
