Hartini Alias, an innovative and strategic Procurement Manager, brings 18 years of extensive experience in procurement and warehouse management. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Procurement at MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, Hartini is known for her integrity, process-oriented approach, and responsibility in handling the procurement function to secure the best products, services, and value for the company.
Hartini excels in supplier management, price negotiation, global sourcing, and cost control. Her deep understanding of procurement processes and her ability to manage efficient goods flow have consistently contributed to the achievement of financial goals and optimum production levels. Throughout her career, Hartini has held significant positions at prominent companies such as Raya Airways Sdn Bhd, Nexperia Malaysia Sdn Bhd , Honeywell International Sdn Bhd (Aerospace Technologies), and Malaysia Airlines Berhad. She has successfully led procurement strategies, managed supplier relationships, and implemented cost-saving measures.
Her expertise includes managing complex projects, negotiating high-value contracts, and developing strategic sourcing initiatives. Hartini’s ability to foster vendor relations and streamline procurement processes has been instrumental in driving business performance and achieving strategic objectives.
Hartini holds a BBA (Hons) in Transportation from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam and a Diploma in Banking from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Kedah. Her strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities make her a valuable asset to our team.
