Anissa Anwar currently serves as the Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) and Kuala Lumpur Station Head, overseeing Malaysia Aviation Group Catering (MCAT), Central Production Unit 1 (CPU1) Salak Tinggi, and Central Production Unit 2 (CPU2) Salak Tinggi at MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd. Since joining the company as a Project Management Executive in August 2021, she has effectively managed multiple pivotal projects, formulated Project Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and identified areas for enhancement, demonstrating her strong dedication and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
Promoted to Operations Manager for Inflight Catering Operations in September 2023, Anissa has focused on boosting service excellence and operational efficiency. She introduced data-driven decision-making processes to enhance performance and reduce errors. Anissa spearheaded initiatives to map process flows and address gaps, resulting in a significant improvement in operational efficiency. Her responsibilities include managing operational and strategic risks, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and cultivating customer loyalty through a customer-centric approach.
Prior to joining MAS Awana Services, Anissa served as a Sales Designer Executive at Formtri Idea Sdn Bhd, where she optimized space utilization and enhanced design sustainability. Anissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and has acquired various certifications in risk management and business continuity, enriching her professional acumen and efficacy.
