At The Chateau Spa and Wellness Resort, he managed high-profile events and was instrumental in the success of Michelin-starred restaurants. His role at Care Luxury Hotel & Resort further showcased his capacity to enhance service quality and profitability.
At Themed Attraction Malaysia, Faizal demonstrated his ability to set up restaurants from scratch, establishing service standards and guidelines. His experience in the UAE with Yas Viceroy Hotel highlights his capability in managing staff and F&B establishments, bringing recognition to the hotel’s Japanese restaurant by winning the best Japanese restaurant award in the region at that time.
