HEAD LOUNGE OPERATIONS
Muhammad Nor Aisomuddin Bachik joined MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd in June 2024 as Operations Manager for Centralized Production Unit 2 (CPU2) under the in-flight catering business unit. He now leads the Golden Lounge (GL) operations as Head, GL Operation. With nine years of experience in the aviation industry, he has worked with various local and international companies since graduating in 2015.
Aisomuddin holds a degree in Business Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and began his career as a Management Trainee under Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG). He has since held key roles at AeroDarat Services, Malaysia Airlines, Senai Airport Terminal Services, and Menzies Aviation, gaining expertise in ground handling, cargo services, airline, and airport operations.
As a Certified Lean & Agile Master Trainer, he brings a strategic and results-driven approach to Golden Lounge operations, ensuring alignment with MAS Awana’s short- and long-term business goals.
