Noor Izdiana Bte Ibrahim is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of leadership experience. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MAS Awana Services Sdn. Bhd. since April 2024, she specializes in project management, data analysis, and operations management. Noor consistently drives business growth and delivers exceptional customer experiences through her reliable leadership.
In her previous roles at Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB), Noor led key initiatives such as the introduction of Omni Channel for disruptive communications, the rollout of new ground uniforms, and the enhancement of customer satisfaction indices at Golden Lounges. Her strategic planning and change management skills have resulted in significant cost reductions and improved operational efficiency.
