Sagar Sanjay Dighe was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of MAG Catering Operations (MCAT) in November 2024.
Sagar brings with him an impressive track record of leadership in management, finance, and operations, particularly within the aviation, food solutions, and hospitality sectors. Previously, he served as the CEO and Director of SATS Food India (SFSI), where he led significant growth initiatives, including the establishment of a state-of-the-art frozen food production facility.
With over a decade of experience with SATS Ltd in India, Sagar is known for his strategic vision and successful execution, resulting in increased market share and profitability. His leadership in relaunching the Taj SATS brand in aviation catering and expanding into the non-aviation food sector highlights his ability to innovate and strengthen market presence.
