Sulhan has over 23 years of experience in the aviation food service industry, beginning his career with MAS Catering in 1998 before transitioning to Brahim’s SATS Food Services. Throughout his tenure, he has held key roles in administration, operations, marketing, and safety compliance.

Specializing in aviation catering operations, Sulhan played a pivotal role in ensuring On-Time Performance for seamless aircraft handling. As an Account Manager in the Marketing Department, he managed Malaysia Airlines, the largest client in the aviation food and beverage sector. Additionally, he received specialized ramp safety training under LSG Sky Chefs in the United States.

Beyond aviation catering, Sulhan expanded his expertise into cattle farming and meat sales, showcasing adaptability and entrepreneurial acumen. His extensive background in operational efficiency, client relations, and business development continues to drive his commitment to excellence in every endeavor.
