Having commenced my journey with MAS Catering in 1998, I navigated through the challenges of the aviation food service industry until 2020, amidst the global impact of Covid-19. Transitioning from MAS Catering to Brahim’s SATS Food Services, I garnered 23 years of invaluable experience. Beginning in administrative roles, I swiftly transitioned to aviation catering operations, prioritizing On-Time Performance to ensure aircraft handling adhered to schedules. After years in operations, I shifted gears to the Marketing Department, managing key client MAS as an Account Manager. Subsequently, I delved into ramp safety following specialized training in the United States under LSG Sky Chefs. Returning to Marketing, I oversaw MAS as the largest customer under the food and beverages segment. Lastly, I ventured into a new field, cattle farming, and meat sales. Throughout my career, I’ve honed skills in operational efficiency, client relations, safety compliance, and ventured into new industries.
