He has honed his craft in renowned establishments including Hilton Petaling Jaya, Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur, Movenpick Hotel & Convention Centre, The Danna Langkawi, and KLCC Convention Centre. At MAS Awana, he previously served as Sous Chef in the Garde Manger Kitchen, where he oversaw production for 3,000 daily passengers at MAS Golden Lounge KLIA through advanced cook-chill systems. His return to MAS Awana reflects both his dedication and strong connection to the brand.
Beyond his operational leadership, Mohd Khairil has consistently excelled in the competitive culinary arena. His achievements include medals and accolades at prestigious platforms such as Culinaire Malaysia, I Chef, World Chef Battlefield, Battle of the Chef, and the Culinary World Cup. Notably, as Team Manager and Coach, he has guided teams to secure multiple gold, silver, and bronze awards on both national and international stages.
